You need to register as a contestant or spectator first before sending the request.
We will not send the letter until the registration is complete.
We will issue and send you a PDF file of an “Invitation Letter” if you fill out this form.
Please prepare your “schedule of stay” by yourself, if needed.
Also, we cannot provide a “Letter of Guarantee” as JYYF/IYYF.
Please seek help from your travel agency or your sponsor.
